  I have just had the worst experience of my life with this company.
  
  I’ve had 2 settees covered with fabric highly recommended by the company as it was extremely hard wearing. I had it five minutes and my cat jumped up and put a claw through it. They have said it’s only hard wearing for sitting on !!! One of the settees also has a swivel seat function which isn’t working as it was before recovering. They took it back to try and sort the swivel which still isn’t correct. When delivering it back they caused a slight nick in the arm of the settee which they are completely ignoring and trying to blame on my cat even though it can be clearly seen that it isn’t the shape of a claw mark
  
  I had sent another settee for covering before all the issues above came to the fore but decided against it and ask for it to be returned as it was. This settee did have a lot of cat pluck marks on the front of the arms from when the cats were kittens. When the settee came back it was wet, damp stained and a black oil type mark on one cushion. Again they uplifted and cleaned and returned to me today. As soon as it arrived I noticed the oil mark still there and immediately sent them a photo. They have comeback and said they cleaned it as a good will gesture and given I have cats they have no explanation for the wet or staining !!!! Total disgrace. I have experienced a very poor customer service from this co with the managing director never available and generally on a break, lunch or with a customer every single time I call, 9/10 emails are also ignored. BTW this has been going on since 15th March.
